YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner Elvish Yadav and controversy seems to go hand-in-hand these days. Ever since he got out on bail in the snake venom case, shocking details about his involvement in the matter have been resurfacing on the internet. Hours after it was reported that he used a virtual contact number to keep in touch with his associates so that he could procure snake venom and snake charmers for his rave parties, it is now being reported that his phone has been sent to the forensic lab to recover deleted data.
The news came to light after the Noida police filed a 1,200 page chargesheet against the BB OTT 2 winner, detailing many accusations against him in regards to the case. As reported by Time Now News, the 26-year-old YouTuber’s trouble may increase as his and his accomplices’ phones have been sent to the lab by the officials for testing. The team is trying to recover the deleted data for their phones. It is suspected that all three of them have erased data from their phone which can prove to be important in the snake venom case. As per the report, the investigation is expected to take 15-20 days. As per multiple reports yesterday, the Noida police recently lodged a substantial chargesheet of 1,200 pages in a Uttar Pradesh court. The chargesheet levels some serious allegations against Yadav. Apart from claims that he used a virtual telephone number to acquire the snake venom, it was also reported that he was in touch with snake charmers and that a poisonous snake, as well as 20 millilitres of venom from the Krait species, were recovered from the location. It is being claimed that he would use the virtual number to contact his associate Vinay, who would communicate the specific instructions to Ishwar. It was then that the latter would pass on the messages to snake charmers about their requirements. The police have discovered evidence of Elvish’s virtual contact in Vinay’s call records.
For the unversed, a case has been registered against Elvish Yadav under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The FIR was lodged against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner after he was arrested in the snake venom case. He was accused of supplying snake venom at his rave parties in Gurugram and Noida. Despite pleading innocent, the Noida police stated that they had evidence against him to initiate an investigation. He was released on bail after being in jail for 5 days.
